BMI's Rooftop On The Row series wrapped its eighth season Tuesday night, sending off the week with the industry crowd that actually shows up for these things. It is the kind of gathering that never needed Belle Meade's address book — just a rooftop on Music Row and enough songwriters to fill it. AmericanaFest picks up from here.
