Michigan Field Sets Landing Fee, AOPA Pushes Back on the Math

A Michigan airport will begin charging general aviation landing fees starting at $10 per landing effective October 1. AOPA has raised questions about how the airport calculated those fees. For owners flying into the field afterward, the fee schedule is now part of the trip-planning math alongside fuel and handling.
