Vision Jet Spares Now Have Sixty Thousand Square Feet of Shelf Space in Duluth
Cirrus has brought a new building online in Duluth, Minnesota, and the part of it that matters to anyone flying an SF50 is the inventory it will hold. The facility runs to roughly sixty thousand square feet. Inside, the company plans to warehouse components, carry out engineering work, and run the support side of the business that begins once an airplane has left the factory. Cirrus ties the expansion to the growing number of Vision Jets and SR-series piston singles in service, a fleet that keeps ordering parts long after delivery. For an owner, that is the whole story: more room for spares, under one roof, in the same Minnesota town where the airplanes are built. Whether that translates into shorter waits on an AOG call is something the fleet will find out in practice rather than in a press release.
