People coming home through general aviation airports can now use the Mobile Passport Control app, which costs nothing. It doesn't do everything Global Entry does, so it supplements that program rather than replacing it. For anyone on board without Global Entry, it is now an option at the kind of field where most owners actually clear back into the country. A free app is an easy suggestion to make to infrequent travelers before the next trip home.
