The 2027 Civic Type R Gets Heated Seats From the Acura Integra Type S
Honda has updated the Civic Type R for the 2027 model year. One change sits in the cabin: the Type R now gets heated seats, the same feature found in the Acura Integra Type S. The outside has been reshaped to look sharper and more assertive. Under that new skin, Honda has also improved how the car manages airflow and how it keeps itself cool. The aero and cooling work is mostly for drivers who push the car hard. The heated seats are the change an owner will feel every cold Colorado morning before the engine has warmed up.
