The 2027 Lexus TZ Arrives First, With a Price Below $65,000
Lexus has put its new electric SUV with a third row into the family's lead position. The 2027 TZ is now due before the related electric SUVs of the same size from Toyota and Subaru. Its opening price falls short of $65,000. The TZ450e version makes 308 horsepower and is rated to cover as much as 315 miles on a charge. For an owner in Colorado or Florida deciding whether an electric car can serve as the main family car, this is the figure to consider: more than three hundred miles of range in a Lexus with a third row of seats, at a price that starts under $65,000. Reaching showrooms before the Toyota and Subaru versions also means the Lexus badge will be the first American drivers see on this new electric SUV.
