2027 Ram 2500 Power Wagon Gets a Diesel Option, and the Torque Numbers Show It

The Power Wagon lineup adds a diesel powertrain for 2027, with Ram quoting 1,075 lb-ft of torque behind the model's locking differentials and trail-ready underpinnings. Road & Track took the truck off-road for a first drive and came away calling it brutally capable. For a nameplate built on serious trail credentials, the diesel option gives Power Wagon buyers another reason to take the hardware seriously.
