BMW's Almost-M3 Just Got a Lot More Convincing

· 1 min read

Car and Driver has driven a prototype of the next BMW M350, built on the new Neue Klasse architecture and positioned just below the marque's full M3. According to the outlet, this generation closes the gap to that top rung more than any before it. The car remains a step short of the M3 badge, but the report describes a machine that behaves like one in most of the ways that matter. For collectors who track the M lineage closely, that narrowing distance is the story worth watching as the Neue Klasse era begins.

With reporting from Car and Driver.
