BMW's Next Straight-Six Arrives With 440 Horsepower — and a Dedicated Drift Setting

· 1 min read

BMW is readying a new performance model, badged M350, built around a straight-six engine tuned to 440 horsepower. The car adds a drift mode to its driving settings, a feature that loosens the electronics on purpose so the rear end can step out under throttle instead of being reined back in. Both figures are described as promised rather than confirmed, the usual language for a car ahead of its official debut. Collectors watching BMW's six-cylinder line will have a new entry to track once the specifications are locked.
