The American SetA Coachbuilder Turns Its Hand to the Off-Road Machine
J.Ruiter has introduced the RVR, a coach-built off-road side-by-side that abandons the boxy, tool-shed look the category is usually built around. Its design draws the kind of comparison rarely made about a trail vehicle: a shape closer to the spacecraft of the film Interstellar than to anything with a roll cage and knobby tires. It is a rare instance of an off-roader being treated as a piece of design first and a workhorse second.
