Corvette's Base Stingray Finally Gets the Upgrade Its Siblings Already Had

· 1 min read

Chevrolet has revised the 2027 Corvette Stingray, giving the entry point of the C8 lineup a genuine power increase rather than a trim refresh. The changes carry over engineering already proven elsewhere in the Corvette range, on the Z06 and E-Ray, rather than treating the base car as an afterthought. For a model that has long served as the on-ramp to Corvette ownership, that trickle-down matters as much to collectors watching the lineup's trajectory as it does to first-time buyers.
