The American SetA Defender Pickup, Built on American Soil
Word out of the industry has the Jaguar Land Rover-Stellantis partnership putting a U.S.-built Defender pickup into production, with a tie-up with Ram looking like the most natural route to American assembly lines. Size and underlying platform have not been confirmed. For a marque whose owners track every trim level and drivetrain change, a Defender built stateside would mark a first for the model.
