The American SetDiesel Owners Call the 7.3L Power Stroke a Holy Grail. Now It Runs Through a 10-Speed.
The 7.3-liter Power Stroke has long held holy-grail status among diesel owners for its simplicity and durability, and now a builder has paired one with a new 10-speed transmission. It is the kind of pairing that turns heads at a truck meet: a proven, old-school block running through a thoroughly modern set of gears.
