Ferrari Gives Its Endurance Winners a Life After Racing

· 1 min read

Ferrari is offering the 296 GT Modificata, a track-only version of its endurance racing winner built for private owners rather than race teams. It follows the 499 P Modificata, the earlier car finished under the same program. Both start life as winners on an endurance circuit before being reworked for owners who want to drive them, not just campaign them. The 296 joins a small line of Ferrari racers built expressly for recreational track days.
