For the Home Garage: DeWalt Batteries Marked Down $100 Before Amazon's October Sale Opens

Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days don't begin until October 6, but some discounts for people who keep cars are already available. The biggest is $100 off DeWalt batteries, the cordless power behind much of the work done in a home garage. Other markdowns cover tools, garage equipment and gear for long drives. For owners from Naples to Aspen who look after their own cars, it's an early chance to stock the workbench before the main event starts.
