Land Rover has introduced the Wolf Series II, a pair of tactical vehicles built for duty rather than the dealership floor. The lineup pairs a single-cab Defender pickup with an open-air buggy, both engineered on the automaker's D7X platform. For a nameplate now better known for its plush cabins and driver-assist tech, the Wolf Series II is proof the underlying architecture can still be stripped down and built to work.
