Leno's Law Is Official: Newsom Signs Car Collector Bill

Governor Gavin Newsom has signed Leno's Law, a measure named for car collector and television host Jay Leno, into effect in California. A newly added provision smoothed its path through the California State Senate, where it passed without difficulty. The governor's signature makes it official, closing out the bill's run through Sacramento.
