A customer's bespoke Phantom commission has turned its cabin into a study in miniature: hummingbirds worked into the trim, each bird assembled from 53 individual pieces of abalone shell and mother-of-pearl. The scale is the detail worth sitting with — a single wing span rendered not as one inlay but as dozens, cut and fitted to catch light the way real iridescent feathers do. It is the kind of commission that only exists because a customer asked for exactly this, and Rolls-Royce's coachbuilders said yes.
