Rimac Now Owns Bugatti Outright

Porsche has sold off the 45 percent stake it held in the Bugatti Rimac joint venture, completing its exit from the hypercar builder. The move leaves Rimac as the sole owner of the Bugatti name, with no share of the company remaining in Porsche's hands. For owners of the marque's low-volume machines, the badge and the engineering pedigree behind it continue on, now under a single company's stewardship.
