The Silverado 1500 Enters a New Generation, With Two V-8s Back on the Order Sheet

For the 2027 model year, Chevrolet's best-selling pickup arrives fully reworked, with new styling inside and out and a broad update to its onboard technology. Buyers will find two new V-8 engine options on the order sheet, part of a redesign that also brings a higher starting price. It marks the next chapter for a truck that has long anchored Chevrolet's lineup.
