Two New Concepts Give the Fiat Topolino a Barchetta Second Act

Giugiaro's design house has unveiled a pair of concepts built on the Fiat Topolino, badged the Top. L and the Top. J. Both take Fiat's compact city car as their starting point and rework it into barchetta form, the open-cockpit, two-seat layout that has always drawn collectors for its simplicity. The two cars read as companion studies, a matched set built around one of Fiat's smallest and most familiar names.
