Chad Brown's Barn Heads Into Thursday's $500,000 Flower Bowl

The Grade 2 Flower Bowl Stakes is run Thursday for a $500,000 purse, and trainer Chad Brown comes into it with runners ready to go. Brown has already saddled winners of this race, and his name sits at the top of the conversation again this year. A Grade 2 at half a million dollars is one of the more important races on the fall calendar, the kind that makes a horse's season, and a barn as well run as Brown's treats it that way. Readers who follow the turf will want to keep an eye on his horses when the field comes onto the course Thursday.
