Extravaganzoo Turns a Saratoga Third Into a Stakes Win

· 1 min read

Extravaganzoo has won the Gimma. In its previous start, on Aug. 26 at Saratoga, it ran third in the Bolton Landing Stakes, which was open to all comers. Coming back from that race, it ran the Gimma cleanly from start to finish. That result makes Extravaganzoo the second stakes winner sired by Golden Pal. The Bolton Landing was the stronger test, against an unrestricted field. The Gimma is where Extravaganzoo turned that experience into a win. For anyone following a young stallion's first crops, the count of stakes winners matters most, and Golden Pal's now stands at two.
