Freestyle Keeps Its Name Partner as Retired Racehorses Prepare for New Careers

· 1 min read

The Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance is coming back as the sole sponsor whose name goes on the Freestyle class at the Thoroughbred Makeover and National Symposium. The Makeover is run by the Retired Racehorse Project, and its whole purpose is the Thoroughbred's life after racing. Of all its classes, Freestyle is the one whose name promises the most room to show what a horse has learned. Having an aftercare organization's name on that class puts the work of retraining in front of the people who come to watch it. For readers who follow these horses from the starting gate to the sales ring and beyond, this is good news.

With reporting from Thoroughbred Daily News.
