A Short Field, Three Grade I Winners, and a Berth on the Line at Keeneland

The field for Sunday's Grade I Juddmonte Spinster Stakes at Keeneland is small, but three of the fillies and mares in it have already won at the highest level of the sport. Fully Subscribed heads that group. A short field like this has no filler in it. Any horse a reader picks out in the paddock is one that has already won a Grade I race. The Spinster is also part of the "Win and You're In" program, so on Sunday afternoon in Lexington the winner earns more than the trophy and the Grade I title: she also gets an automatic place in a bigger race still to come. Racegoers along the Keeneland rail will be watching proven Grade I winners run against each other, with nothing in the field there just to fill out the gate.
