Sixty Late Additions Join the Catalog for OBS's October Yearlings

The Ocala Breeders' Sales Company has added 60 more yearlings to its 2026 October Yearling Sale. The sale runs over two days, October 6 and 7, in Florida, about a week from now. For buyers already working through the catalog, that means 60 new pages to read before the first hip reaches the ring. Late additions like these are called supplements: yearlings entered after the main catalog closed, which buyers will see for the first time in the days before the sale. For a Florida sale, the timing gives consignors one more chance to bring a yearling to market and gives shoppers one more set of pedigrees to study. Every hip in the ring on October 6 and 7 will be judged on conformation, walk and page, however late it joined the book. The supplemental horses have been added to a sale that is already set on the calendar.
