The American SetA Standing Invitation to Put Your Questions to Racing's Integrity Bodies
Thoroughbred Daily News is inviting horsemen and readers to send in questions for the two bodies whose names carry the words integrity, safety and welfare: the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Act Authority, known as HISA, and the Horseracing Integrity and Welfare Unit, known as HIWU. It is a practical offer. If a trainer at the barn, an owner at the sales or a reader who simply loves the game has been wondering about something, they can write it down and send it in. The offer is open to anyone with a question worth asking.
