Michter's has brought its toasted-barrel rye back into rotation this season, giving restaurant and hotel bar programs a warmer, spice-forward pour just as fall menus arrive. The seasonal timing makes it a natural addition to the cooler-weather cocktail lists bar directors are already building for the months ahead.
