Las Vegas Takes the Crown in Michelin's First Look at the Southwest

Michelin inspectors combed four Southwestern states for the region's debut guide, and Las Vegas came away with the deepest list of honored kitchens. The city's chefs now join the Guide's roster for the first time, marking a new chapter for fine dining in the American Southwest.
