A New Bourbon With a Honeyed Finish Is Coming to Nashville's Back Bars

Four Roses has released a bourbon finished in barrels that once held honey, the latest expression in its ongoing run of small-batch experiments. Expect it to turn up on whiskey lists at Nashville hotel bars and steakhouses as the season shifts toward fall.
