The King of Kentucky release that whiskey people have been waiting on all season is now out. Each bottle comes from one barrel, and it goes in the bottle at the strength it came out of the wood, which here is very strong. Whether you pour it on a Palm Beach terrace or a Naples lanai, the move is the same: a small glass, a few drops of water and some patience. Miami can have its cocktail menus; a whiskey like this is better taken slowly, the way the Gulf Coast takes most things.
