Nearly Sold Out: A Dan Fink Residence at the Flatiron Comes to Market at $15.3 Million
For the reader who winters on Worth Avenue or along Gulf Shore Boulevard and still wants a key to Manhattan, the list of homes at the Flatiron Building has grown very short. One of the few that remain is now for sale at $15.3 million. It has four bedrooms across 3,822 square feet, which works out to roughly $4,000 a foot. A Naples buyer will do that math before the listing finishes loading. A Palm Beach buyer will ask who did the interiors, and the answer is Dan Fink. In Miami, they'll want to know if there's a roof deck, and the listing doesn't say. What it does offer is space, a known designer's hand and an address in one of New York's most recognized buildings, at a moment when very few of its homes are left. For those who divide the year between the Florida coast and the city, it's a rare chance to claim a corner of a landmark before the building sells out.
