An $11 million estate called Merrick Farm has a full-size indoor basketball court, the kind that has reportedly drawn former NBA players to run drills under its roof. The property also comes with a resistance pool and a dedicated sports lounge, the sort of amenities that suggest an owner who wanted a serious home gym and simply kept going. Down here, the backyard court usually means a hoop bolted above the garage; up north, apparently, it means a regulation floor with its own wing.
